John William Conklin

John W. Conklin (61) of Jeffersonville, NY lost his battle with cancer on February 17th peacefully at home. He was born May 6th 1962 in Honesdale, PA. John is survived by his son Ronny Conklin and wife Kelsey of Jeffersonville, NY; his life partner Rosalie Antoni of Montgomery, NY; his grandson Tristen Conklin of Chesapeake, VA; his father William Conklin and wife Patricia of Callicoon Center, NY; his former wife Sherry Justus, along with a large extended family. He is predeceased by his son John W Conklin Jr and his mother Judy Matzo. John was a jack of all trades. There was nothing he couldn’t figure out how to fix. He owned and operated a camper/auto repair shop in Sullivan County for nearly 20 years. John passed on his love of all things cars to his son Ronny. They were fortunate enough to spend their spare time together restoring and repairing their large car collection.  For the past 17 years when John wasn’t working on cars, he was spending time relaxing with his loving partner Rosalie. They enjoyed taking trips to casinos and vacationing in new places. There will be no services, dignified cremation and arrangements have been entrusted to Stewart-Murphy Funeral Home Inc. Jeffersonville, New York
